General surgery refers to the surgical treatment of soft tissue diseases and illness and our board certified surgeons work closely with your primary care veterinarian and you to offer the most advanced surgical options that are also best suited to your pet. • Abdominal and Gastrointestinal Surgery including foreign body obstruction, gastric dilatation and volvulous (bloat), laparoscopic prophylactic gastropexy, interstinal tumor removal, spleen removal, hernias, trauma and infections as well as laparoscopic biopsy.
