The veterinary medical oncologist diagnoses, treats and coordinates the care of pets with cancer in a caring, gentle environment. Dr. DiBernardi’s primary goal is to maximize the patient’s quality of life, with a secondary goal of fighting cancer to prolong the good times with your canine or feline companion. As oncology patients rarely require a single service, we offer combined medical and surgical oncology services in our facility with full internal medicine support if your dog or cat needs additional treatment. We utilize a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic options when treating pets with cancer, including our in-house MRI and CT scanners.
